POSITION: Executive Office Coordinator


Reporting to the Executive Director, the Executive Office Coordinator plays a strategic and crucial role in providing business and administrative support to the Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors in meeting their operational and policy initiatives. Core responsibilities include coordinating and providing administrative support at meetings, coordinating the Executive Office including electronic and paper document management, supporting communication by the Executive Director, communicating directly with key stakeholders, managing the documentation of the organizational strategic plan and its implementation, supporting and liasing with the Board and its committees, and organizing regular and special meetings and events.
