Booking a Test for Your Client

To book a test for your client contact:

Book your client on Thursday Afternoon, or all day Friday and Saturday

Thursdays in two time slots: 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm
Fridays and Saturdays in three time slots: 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 1:00 pm

Bookings: book your clients by e-mail: clbpt@mosaicbc.com 

Information: include the following information in your email:

  • organization name
  • case manager name
  • telephone number 
  • fax number    
  • e-mail address
  • client name
  • client phone number
  • training program/target occupation

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Test day information: it is your responsibility to ensure your client has clear information and is able to show up for the test. You may want to give your client the "English Test at MOSAIC" information flyer.

Cancellation policy: Your organization will be billed per test appointment unless 24 hours cancellation notice is given by e-mail, either by the counselor or the client.

Billing: your organization will be billed $100 per test appointment. MOSAIC will invoice your organization for all assessments.

Be sure to include the invoicing information in your booking e-mail:
Invoices are to be directed to the attention of... (name), as well as your address, phone and fax numbers, and your e-mail.
